Ingredients
- 1/2 lb - ground beef
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
- 1 cup - spanish rice
- 1/2 cup - mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1/2 can - beer
- 4 large bell peppers
How To Make stuffed peppers

Step 1Mix uncooked ground beef with cheese, enchilada sauce, and rice. Cut tops off of bell peppers and clean inside. Stuff peppers with mix. In cool crock pot , cover bottom with about 1/2 can of beer- you can use more if wanted. Place peppers in crock pot, set on low , and cook for 6hrs.
