I came across this recipe in my daughters school cookbook that the parents and parishioners had put together. This is one that I have made several times. If you like stuffed peppers you won't be disappointed. I'm sure you can try this with cabbage also and change the name to Stuffed Cabbage Soup!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 -29 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 -29 ounce can diced tomatoes,undrained
- 2 cups cooked long grain white rice
- 2 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 2 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

Step 1In a large saucepan or Dutch oven,brown beef; drain. Add remainng ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
