Ingredients
- 1 pound - ground beef
- 3 medium green peppers, chopped (fairly large, but bite size)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 can, 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 6 cups chicken or beef broth
How To Make stuffed pepper soup

Step 1Brown ground beef in a large soup pot. Add peppers and onions, saute until softened. Stir in rice, chili powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute, until fragrant. Add tomatoes and their juice, and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat,simmer until rice is tender.
