  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 clove
  • 1 clove
    bell pepper
  • 1 bottle
    spaghetti sauce ot tomatoe sauce
  • 3 c
  • 2 c
    cottage cheese
  • 2

How to Make Stuffed Pasta Shells


  1. boil pasta until tender, add salt to water
  2. mix salt/pepper, onions, bell pepper and meat and cook stovetop until brown, drain then add sauce
  3. mix egg and cottage cheese then fold into meat
  4. place meat mixture and cheese into shells, top with sauce
  5. bake at 350 degress for 35 mins
