Nothing better then left over meatloaf sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • - mix all the above
  • - asparagus spears and hard boiled eggs as stuffing

How To Make stuffed meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Flatten out the beef to about 11/2 inch. Fill center with your favorite filling. Fold each end of beef to the top & crimp to seal filling. Place meatloaf in a wax paper to make a roll, seal the ends. Now roll the meatloaf in foil, place it on a sheet pan & bake at 350 degrees until cooked. Should take about 40 minutes. Let it set after cooking for 15 minutes. Open & slice to the thickness you like Top with your best gravy. ENJOY
