Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 4 small balls fresh mozarella cheese
- 8 ounces can tomato sauce
- fresh parsley chopped for garnish
How To Make stuffed meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire salt and pepper together. Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan.

Step 2Take the Mozzarella balls and press them down into the meatloaf fully covered by the meat. Pour the sauce over the top

Step 3Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Top with parsley
