    for the meatloaf:
  • ·
    4 lbs. ground beef
  • ·
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    ½ tsp. salt
  • ·
    ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ·
    ½ tsp. paprika
  • ·
    ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
  • ·
    ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ·
    ½ cup milk
  • ·
    1 cup oats
  • ·
    2 eggs
  • ·
    for the stuffing:
  • ·
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed
  • ·
    3 cloves garlic - chopped
  • ·
    3 sun dried tomatoes - sliced
  • ·
    ½ cup marinated peppers – sliced thin
  • ·
    4 oz. mozzarella cheese – shredded
  • ·
    ¼ tsp. salt
  • ·
    ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ·
    2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ·
    for the glaze:
  • ·
    2 tablespoons honey
  • ·
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    2 tablespoons ketchup

How to Make Stuffed Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. For the Meatloaf: In a large bowl combine all of the above ingredients and mix well. For The Stuffing: On a medium to low heat; heat a medium size frying pan with the olive oil; add the spinach, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, marinated peppers and seasonings. Heat until the garlic is fragrant. Place the prepared ground beef in a baking pan and shape it into a bowl. Place the stuffing inside filling from end to end, finishing with the shredded cheese. Gently, form the ground meat over the top to cover the stuffing. For the Glaze: Place all of the above in a small bowl and mix. Spoon the glaze over the top of the meatloaf from end to end. Preheat Oven 350 degrees: Bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
