This is a delicious and comforting dish sure to please the whole family. And great for sandwiches the next day!

Ingredients

  • - for the meatloaf:
  • - 4 lbs. ground beef
  • - 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • - ½ tsp. salt
  • - ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • - ½ tsp. paprika
  • - ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
  • - ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • - ½ cup milk
  • - 1 cup oats
  • - 2 eggs
  • - for the stuffing:
  • - 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed
  • - 3 cloves garlic - chopped
  • - 3 sun dried tomatoes - sliced
  • - ½ cup marinated peppers – sliced thin
  • - 4 oz. mozzarella cheese – shredded
  • - ¼ tsp. salt
  • - ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - for the glaze:
  • - 2 tablespoons honey
  • - 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • - 2 tablespoons ketchup

How To Make stuffed meatloaf

  • Step 1
    For the Meatloaf: In a large bowl combine all of the above ingredients and mix well. For The Stuffing: On a medium to low heat; heat a medium size frying pan with the olive oil; add the spinach, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, marinated peppers and seasonings. Heat until the garlic is fragrant. Place the prepared ground beef in a baking pan and shape it into a bowl. Place the stuffing inside filling from end to end, finishing with the shredded cheese. Gently, form the ground meat over the top to cover the stuffing. For the Glaze: Place all of the above in a small bowl and mix. Spoon the glaze over the top of the meatloaf from end to end. Preheat Oven 350 degrees: Bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
