How To Make stuffed meatloaf
-
Step 1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl or counter top electric mixer, combine the ground beef, all of the spices, eggs and grated Romano cheese, celery and onion, mix well. Turn out the mixture onto a clean working area or cutting board. Shape the mixture into a rectangular form, spread the shredded cheese down the center and roll into a log, shape with your hands using a little cold water. Transfer to your baking pan,(you can also do this in the pan to save the time and hassle of moving it twice!)
-
Step 2Pour the sauce around the meatloaf, not on top, that's for later. Roast for one hour or until cooked through. Serve with mashed or roasted potato, vegetables.Goes great on a sandwich or hoagie, wedge, roll whatever is your fancy! Enjoy!
