Very easy and yummy meatloaf that even the kids will love. Can be made in the crockpot or oven for the busy mom (or dad). Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • MEAT PORTION

  • 1.5-2 lbs
    hamburger
  • 1 cup
    bread crumbs, dry
  • 1/2 cup
    dark molasses
  • 1 TBSP
    cumin
  • 1
    egg
  • FILLING PORTION

  • 2 cups
    bread cubes (or just plain torn up bread)
  • 3/4 cup
    parmeson cheese
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 TBSP
    itilian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Stuffed Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well. Set aside
  2. Combine next five ingredients for filling.
  3. put 1/4 of the meat into crockpot (or loaf pan)
  4. Cover filling portion with meat (should only see the meat).
  5. Bake for 1- 1.5 hrs in oven or 5 hours in crockpot. Times may vary.
