stuffed meatballs
Saw this on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. These are so good. My hubby loves them. Made these last night, was going to post a pic but forgot.

Ingredients
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 1 pound 93 / 7 ground beef
- 5 - eggs
- 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 5 slices sharp provolone, diced
- 5 slices capicola,diced
- 5 slices black forest ham,diced
- 5 slices genoa salami,diced
How To Make stuffed meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Combine the ground meat and eggs mix well. Add the breadcrumbs, mix well. Add the parmesan, parsley, garlic salt and pepper mix well.

Step 3Scoop out 18 meatballs, I used my ice cream scooper.

Step 4Mix the mozzarella, capicola, provolone, ham and salami. Stuff each meatball with 1 Tbs of meat and cheese.

Step 5Bake , covered with foil for 45 minutes
