Saw this on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. These are so good. My hubby loves them. Made these last night, was going to post a pic but forgot.

  • 1 lb
    80/20 ground beef
  • 1 lb
    93 / 7 ground beef

  • 2 c
    seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella
  • 5 slice
    sharp provolone, diced
  • 5 slice
  • 5 slice
    black forest ham,diced
  • 5 slice
    genoa salami,diced

How to Make Stuffed Meatballs


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine the ground meat and eggs mix well. Add the breadcrumbs, mix well. Add the parmesan, parsley, garlic salt and pepper mix well.
  3. Scoop out 18 meatballs, I used my ice cream scooper.
  4. Mix the mozzarella, capicola, provolone, ham and salami. Stuff each meatball with 1 Tbs of meat and cheese.
  5. Bake , covered with foil for 45 minutes
