How to Make Stuffed Green Peppers
- Remove top and seeds from 8 bell peppers.
- Mix Beef, rice, salt and pepper, egg and 1/3 cup of soup.
- Stuff peppers lightly and place on rack in pressure cooker. Top with 1 tablespoon full of soup on top of each. Mix remaining soup with water and pour into pressure cooker.
- Cover, set pressure control for 10 and cook 10 minutes after control starts giggling. Cool per pressure cooker directions and serve.
