Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 - green peppers
- 2 cans 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 - small onion
- - minute rice - follow box directions to make 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make stuffed green peppers

Step 1Cut peppers in half lengthwise, clean out seeds, wash.

Step 2Combine 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce, uncooked hamburger, chopped onion, cooked rice, and salt and pepper to taste. Use this mixture to stuff the green pepper halves.

Step 3Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan with just a bit of water in the bottom. Top peppers with the rest of the tomato sauce and the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
