Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
4
green peppers
2 can(s)
8 oz. tomato sauce
1
small onion
minute rice - follow box directions to make 2 cups cooked rice
4 oz
shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Cut peppers in half lengthwise, clean out seeds, wash.
2Combine 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce, uncooked hamburger, chopped onion, cooked rice, and salt and pepper to taste. Use this mixture to stuff the green pepper halves.
3Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan with just a bit of water in the bottom. Top peppers with the rest of the tomato sauce and the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
