How to Make Stuffed Green Peppers
- 1Cut peppers in half lengthwise, clean out seeds, wash.
- 2Combine 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce, uncooked hamburger, chopped onion, cooked rice, and salt and pepper to taste. Use this mixture to stuff the green pepper halves.
- 3Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan with just a bit of water in the bottom. Top peppers with the rest of the tomato sauce and the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
