soft whole wheat bread crumbs
1/4 c
onion, chopped
1/4 c
celery, chopped
1/4 c
carrots, chopped
1/4 c
tomato, chopped
1 Tbsp
parsley flakes
1/2 tsp
thyme, powdered
1 dash(es)
2 Tbsp

How to Make Stuffed Flank Steak


  • 1Pound steak to tenderize.
  • 2Cut pocket in center of steak.
  • 3Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 4Stuff steak and secure opening with skewers.
  • 5Broil 3 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side, or longer to taste.
  • 6To serve cut thin slices diagonally across grain.
