Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 cup soft whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, powdered
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make stuffed flank steak

Step 1Pound steak to tenderize.

Step 2Cut pocket in center of steak.

Step 3Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 4Stuff steak and secure opening with skewers.

Step 5Broil 3 inches from heat 3-4 minutes on each side, or longer to taste.

Step 6To serve cut thin slices diagonally across grain.
