I came up with this recipe for the mountain state fair beef competition a couple years ago. Although I didn't win with it, it was a big hit with my family

Ingredients
- 4-6 - pieces of cube steak
- - sliced black forest ham
- 4-6 - slices of colby jack cheese
- 1-2 - tubes of ritz crackers crushed
- 2 - eggs lightly beated
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make stuffed cubed steak

Step 1Take cube steak place a piece of colby jack cheese and a couple of slices of ham on top of steak. Fold steak with cheese and ham inside

Step 2Dip steak in egg and then roll in cracker crumbs. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Repeat with remaining steaks

Step 3Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 and 15 minutes until done.
