How to Make Stuffed Cabbage Casserole
- Butter a 9 X 13 inch pan.
Shred head of cabbage and line pan with it.
- Brown ground beef and onion and season to taste
- Spread over cabbage.
Spread cooked rice over meat mixture.
- Dilute tomato soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over rice.
- Dot with butter.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
