Hamburger Helper is the way to go, wait until bell peppers are in season, or go to your local farmers market. such a tasty meal, and people would think you spent at least an hour making this!

hamburger helper cheesy enchillada flavor
2 c
shredded mexican cheese blend

How to Make Stuffed Bell Peppers


  • 1Bring a big pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
  • 2Follow directions on the hamburger helper box. Once water boils grab your tongs and dunk peppers in the water for 3-5 mins. Remove peppers from water and place upside down on a paper towel until meat and rice mixture is done.
  • 3After rice is done, add 1 cup of the shredded cheese and incorporate into rice mixture and scoop into the peppers and sprinkle the tops with remaining cheese. Thats it!! Fresh, Delicious, and did I mention fresh?? You'll see...
