Ingredients
- 6 large peppers-green, red, yellow
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 box hamburger helper cheesy enchillada flavor
- 2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
How To Make stuffed bell peppers

Step 1Bring a big pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.

Step 2Follow directions on the hamburger helper box. Once water boils grab your tongs and dunk peppers in the water for 3-5 mins. Remove peppers from water and place upside down on a paper towel until meat and rice mixture is done.

Step 3After rice is done, add 1 cup of the shredded cheese and incorporate into rice mixture and scoop into the peppers and sprinkle the tops with remaining cheese. Thats it!! Fresh, Delicious, and did I mention fresh?? You'll see...
