How To Make stuffed bell peppers
-
Step 1Pre-heat oven to *350. In a large bowel, mix together all ingredients, except tomato juice and Ketcup. (I use may hands to stir everything evenly)
-
Step 2Cut in half the peppers, discard the seeds, place in a 9 x 13 baking dish, and add all the peppers, drizzel alittle oil over the top of the peppers, take your meat mixture and fill in the peppers, once all filled in, pour tomato juice over the top of the peppers and squart ketchup over the top of each pepper.
-
Step 3cover with tinfoil and bake for 2 hours at *350. ( When severed,I like to add a small spoon of sour cream) Optional**
