I came up with this recipe after eating something similar at a meal we had at work. It became one of Seth's favorite meals.

Ingredients
- 1 - whole beef tenderloin
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lawry's seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tony chachere;s seasoning
- 1 tablespoon louisiana hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 ounces yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 pound bacon
- 2 teaspoons dehydrated onion flakes
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper juice
How To Make stuffed beef tenderloin

Step 1Split the tenderloin down the middle, but not all the way through.

Step 2Combine the cream cheese with the seasonings, vegetables, and jalapeno pepper juice.

Step 3Sprinkle the inside of the tenderloin with Tony's seasoning; then stuff with cream cheese mixture.

Step 4Rub outside of tenderloin with the yellow mustard. Wrap in bacon slices. Secure with toothpicks. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours or until done.
