Brown first 4 ingredients in skillet till beef is no longer pink. Drain. Add to spaghetti sauce and cool to room temperature (can be made in advance).
Unroll one package of crescent rolls on very lightly floured countertop. Pinch seams together front and back. Roll with rolling pin to about 9x11 rectangle.
Place 2 slices of cheese in center of rectangle. Spoon half of beef mixture on top of cheese, (you can top with 2 more slices of cheese if you like a lot of cheese).
Fold one long side into center, then fold the other long side to center, pinching seam. Fold short ends under and pinch (making a pouch) Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Repeat with other crescent roll.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let set for 5 minutes before cutting.
