ground beef
1 medium
chopped green bell pepper
1 medium
chopped onion
1 medium
shredded carrot
8 oz
sour cream
2 tsp
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 pkg
puff pastry sheet, thawed
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup

How to Make Stroganoff Bundles


  • 1In a skillet cook beef, green pepper, onion, and carrot until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat.
  • 2Combine 1/2 cup of the sour cream, flour, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
  • 3Stir into meat mixture.
  • 4Roll puff pastry into an 18x12 inch rectangle.
  • 5Cut into six 6-inch squares.
  • 6Spoon about 1/6 of the filling into the center of
    each square.
  • 7Moisten edges of squares.
  • 8Fold all 4 corners of each square to center.
  • 9Seal edges by crimping.
  • 10Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan.
  • 11Bake in a 375 oven about 25 minutes or until golden.
  • 12Meanwhile, make the sauce.
  • 13Combine the soup and remaining sour cream.
  • 14Heat through over low heat.
  • 15Spoon sauce over bundles.
