  • 1 1/4 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 medium
    chopped onion
  • 1 medium
    shredded carrot
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 pkg
    puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup

How to Make Stroganoff Bundles


  1. In a skillet cook beef, green pepper, onion, and carrot until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup of the sour cream, flour, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
  3. Stir into meat mixture.
  4. Roll puff pastry into an 18x12 inch rectangle.
  5. Cut into six 6-inch squares.
  6. Spoon about 1/6 of the filling into the center of
    each square.
  7. Moisten edges of squares.
  8. Fold all 4 corners of each square to center.
  9. Seal edges by crimping.
  10. Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan.
  11. Bake in a 375 oven about 25 minutes or until golden.
  12. Meanwhile, make the sauce.
  13. Combine the soup and remaining sour cream.
  14. Heat through over low heat.
  15. Spoon sauce over bundles.
