Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium chopped green bell pepper
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 medium shredded carrot
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 package puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make stroganoff bundles

Step 1In a skillet cook beef, green pepper, onion, and carrot until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain off fat.

Step 2Combine 1/2 cup of the sour cream, flour, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.

Step 3Stir into meat mixture.

Step 4Roll puff pastry into an 18x12 inch rectangle.

Step 5Cut into six 6-inch squares.

Step 6Spoon about 1/6 of the filling into the center of each square.

Step 7Moisten edges of squares.

Step 8Fold all 4 corners of each square to center.

Step 9Seal edges by crimping.

Step 10Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan.

Step 11Bake in a 375 oven about 25 minutes or until golden.

Step 12Meanwhile, make the sauce.

Step 13Combine the soup and remaining sour cream.

Step 14Heat through over low heat.

Step 15Spoon sauce over bundles.
