1-2 lbground beef or ground turkey
1/2 cdiced,onion (small)
1 can(s)cream of celery soup
2 ccooked rice
1 can(s)cream chicken soup
1 pincheach of salt & pepper
1/2 cbread crumbs, seasoned
How to Make Stretch-It Casserole
- Brown meat with the onion, celery in butter.In a large casserole dish , add rest of ingredient's plus the browned mixture.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
- FYI------ This can be stretched by adding more noodles or more rice or more soup or hamburger or turkey.....
