Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 cup diced,celery
  • 1/2 cup diced,onion (small)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 pinch each of salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned

How To Make stretch-it casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown meat with the onion, celery in butter.In a large casserole dish , add rest of ingredient's plus the browned mixture.
  • Step 2
    Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
  • Step 3
    FYI------ This can be stretched by adding more noodles or more rice or more soup or hamburger or turkey.....
