- 1-2 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 cup diced,celery
- 1/2 cup diced,onion (small)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 pinch each of salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make stretch-it casserole

Step 1Brown meat with the onion, celery in butter.In a large casserole dish , add rest of ingredient's plus the browned mixture.

Step 2Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
