We have a broken oven. I was tired of the same ole foods. So I brain stormed and came up with this stove top meal. And it works great!!!

Ingredients
- MEAT LOAF
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/4 cup bellpepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- GLAZE
- 1 small can of tomatoe sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
How To Make stove top meat loaf

Step 1Mix meat, two eggs, bread crumbs, onions, bell pepper in a bowl, season to taste. I recommend half teaspoon of oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Ball meat up into tiny loaves. Place into a deep frying pan. Brown on both sides. Then mix the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Pour ingredients over loaves and cover cook for about 30-45 minutes depending on how big of loaves you make.
