Stove Top Cottage Pie
1 lbground beef
1 smallonion, chopped
2 cfrozen mixed veggies
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can(s)fill 1/2 the soup can with milk
1 tspgarlic powder
2 tspbeef soup base
3-4 cmashed potatoes
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Stove Top Cottage Pie
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat; drain.
- Stir in the thawed mixed veggies. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic poswer and beef boullion granules until well blended; stir into ground beef mixture. Cook over medium heat; stirring frequently for until well combined.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the top; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook just until potatoes are heated through and cheese is melted.
