Ingredients

  • ·
    1 cup vinegar
  • ·
    1/2 cup honey
  • ·
    2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • ·
    1/2 cup catsup
  • ·
    1 tsp. salt
  • ·
    1 tsp. dry mustard
  • ·
    1 tsp. paprika
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • ·
    1 clove garlic, minced
  • ·
    4 lbs. beef ribs

How to Make Sticky Bones

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix vinegar, honey, Worcestershire, catsup, salt, mustard, paprika, pepper and garlic in a pan. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Place ribs in a single layer in baking pan, cover with hot marinade and let stand for 1 hour. Drain off marinade, then bake ribs at 325 for 1 hour, turning and basting often with marinade.
  2. Serves 6
