How To Make sticky asian beef in a nest
-
Step 1Slice the beef into strips and place in a bowl. Add the marinade ingredients and massage into the meat, and let marinate 30 minutes or overnight.
-
Step 2Place the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
-
Step 3Add the oil to a pan and bring it to 400 degrees. Add the corn starch to the meat and coat with your fingers. Then add the rice flour and coat the meat. Place the meat in the oil, a few pieces at a time, and cook about 3 minutes.
-
Step 4Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat until all the meat is cooked. Pour the sauce over the beef and mix well.
-
Step 5Take the rice noodles in the oil, and they will expand to about 5 times their surface. Remove with tongs to a paper towel-lined plate
-
Step 6Plate the rice noodles, then add the meat on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
