Ingredients
- 2 pounds good stew meat
- 3 tablespoons raw organic butter or european butter
- 2 - green bell peppers, clean and diced in to 1
- 2 - red bell peppers, cleaned and diced into 1
- 1 - small onion sliced
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- - salt and pepper
- 1 - small can of beer
- - flour for drudging
- 4 - large potatoes, clean, peeled and cut into quarters
How To Make stew with beer

Step 1Wet your stew meat in the beer and drudge in flour.

Step 2Heat a dutch oven on high heat and add the butter and oil. Brown the meat a little at a time. Return all meat to the dutch oven and add the beer, peppers, salt, pepper, and onion. Cover slightly and cook on a low heat until meat is tender. Adding more beer when needed. Add potatoes last 30 minutes of cooking. Add potatoes last 30 minutes of cooking.

Step 3Serve Hot with a good Rye bread or crusty french bread.
