These are so good. You steam them in Ziploc steam bags and pop them in the microwave. So easy and delicious. Take them out of the microwave and add your favorite taco fillings (tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese, etc) Enjoy this easy recipe....

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin tip steak cut into 1 /4 inch pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 6 dashes tobasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • - chopped tomatoes, onions, lettuce, cheese and taco sauce
  • 1 large ziploc steam bag

How To Make steamed steak tacos

  • Step 1
    Combine steak, flour, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano and salt in a steam bag. Seal bag and shake gently, patting into a single layer. Place bag in microwave, on a microwave safe plate.
  • Step 2
    Microwave on high power for 4 or 5 minutes. Allow bag to stand for for a minute or two before handling. Gently shake bag to distribute seasonings. Carefully open bag. Add lime juice and hot sauce to steak. Serve on warm tortillas and your favorite taco fillings.
