steak with onion gravy and baby potatoes
So I once again just kind of threw stuff together to create a slow cooker meal that is fast and easy to put together. The meat is so tender it falls apart. The family loved this creation so I wanted to share! I had a dollop of sour cream on the side.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds bottom round steak, cut into smaller pieces and fat trimmed
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 large yellow onion, rough chopped
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1-2 teaspoon hot sauce of choice
- seasoning salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
How To Make steak with onion gravy and baby potatoes

Step 1Place potatoes in slow cooker. Sprinkle onion ontop.

Step 2Sprinkle one side of steaks with seasoning salt and pepper. Place seasoned side down on top of vegetables.

Step 3In a mixing bowl, mix together soup mix, canned soup, broth, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and hot sauce. Pour over top of everything as evenly as possible to cover meat.

Step 4Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve and enjoy!
