- 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 - garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 dash ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 small new york strip, 1 inch thick
- 1 dash freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 - parsley for garnish
How To Make steak with blue cheese dressing

Step 1Cook and stir cheese, garlic, wine and red pepper over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.

Step 2Keep warm.

Step 3Heat butter in 12-inch skillet until hot.

Step 4Cook beef steaks over medium-high heat, turning once, until medium doneness, about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 5Sprinkle with pepper.

Step 6Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Step 8Heat to boiling, stirring constantly to loosen browned bits.
