How To Make steak tacos
-
1Prepare grill for direct heat cooking or position broiler rack so that top of meat on rack in pan will be 4" from heat source; preheat broiler.
-
2Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt & pepper. Grill or broil, turning once, 2 - 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Let stand 10 minutes.
-
3Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add beans & ro*tel; bring to boil. Cook, stirring, until heated through & most liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes.
-
4Warm tortillas according to package directions. Thinly slice steak. Dividing evenly, fill tortillas with lettuce, steak slices, bean/tomato mixture & cheese. Serve with guacamole.
