This is a recipe my whole family loves. It is very easy and so yummy with either egg noodles or rice. I have even made this while camping with great success.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds cubed steak, cut into 1/2" strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 can (29 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, & garlic
- 1 package dry beefy onion soup mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- - hot cooked egg noodles or rice
How To Make steak san marco

Step 1In a large electric skillet (set at 350 degrees), heat oil and red wine vinegar.

Step 2Add steak strips and cook until no longer pink.

Step 3Reduce heat to simmer (200 degrees); then add tomatoes (do not drain), soup mix, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Cover and cook for about 1 1/2 hours until liquid is reduced and meat is very tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Serve over hot cooked egg noodles or rice.
