Ingredients
- 3 pounds round steak filets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make steak roulade

Step 1Trim fat off steaks.

Step 2Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Mix onion and bacon, spread over each steak.

Step 4Roll steaks (as you'd do for a jelly roll), tie rolls tightly in several places with a string.

Step 5Put steaks into slow cooker and add water.

Step 6Cover pot and cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 7If you want to serve this with gravy, remove meat when done, and thicken liquid with a mixture of flour and water and cook it in pot set at high for 15 minutes.
