- 1Let bread dry out for awhile then break up in lrg. bowl.Saute onion & celery in butter until tender.Add seasonings to bread with cooled veg.Beat eggs then add to mixture.Mixture should be wet,taste for seasoning.
- 2Pound steaks with tenderizing side of mallet season with salt & pepper.divide stuffing into fourths and place 1/4 mix on small end of steak roll up & place in greased casserole.Repeat.In empty stuffing bowl place soup and 1/4 can water,mix and pour over steaks.cover and bake at 350 for 45 min.
