onion, chopped
1/4 c
butter, melted
2 c
fresh bread cubes
1/2 c
celery, chopped
1 Tbsp
dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp
1 c
2 Tbsp
cooking oil
10.75 oz
cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1.33 c
3/4 tsp
browning sauce

How to Make Steak Roll Ups


  • 1Pound steak to 1/3 inch thickness.
  • 2Cut into six pieces.
  • 3Combine the next eight ingredients; mix well.
  • 4Place 1/3 cup on each piece of steak; roll up and fasten with a toothpick.
  • 5Roll in flour.
  • 6In a large skillet, brown roll-ups in oil.
  • 7Combine soup, water and browning sauce if desired; pour over roll-ups.
  • 8Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender, turning occasionally.
