Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak -- chopped up into chunks
- 1 small onions -- chopped
- 3 - celery stalks -- diced
- 1 small green pepper -- chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 (15 oz) can tomatoes w/ chiles
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make steak & rice casserole

Step 1Brown first 5 ingredients together with seasonings.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Step 3Turn into greased casserole and cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until rice is tender).
