round steak -- chopped up into chunks

onions -- chopped

celery stalks -- diced

green pepper -- chopped
1/2 c
mushrooms
1 (15 oz) can(s)
tomatoes w/ chiles
1 c
uncooked rice
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
chili powder
2 tsp
garlic salt
1 tsp
pepper

How to Make Steak & Rice Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown first 5 ingredients together with seasonings.
  • 2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • 3Turn into greased casserole and cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until rice is tender).
