Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots, diagonally sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pound beef round steak
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 pound processed cheese, cubed

How To Make steak oriental

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, stir fry carrots, celery and garlic in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
  • Step 2
    Add steak.
  • Step 3
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until steak is tender; drain.
  • Step 4
    Reduce heat to low.
  • Step 5
    Add water chestnuts, soy sauce and processed cheese spread; stir until cheese is melted.
  • Step 6
    Serve over cooked rice.
