celery, sliced diagonally
garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp
1 lb
beef round steak
1 can(s)
water chestnuts, sliced
3 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 lb
processed cheese, cubed

How to Make Steak Oriental


  • 1In a large skillet, stir fry carrots, celery and garlic in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
  • 2Add steak.
  • 3Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until steak is tender; drain.
  • 4Reduce heat to low.
  • 5Add water chestnuts, soy sauce and processed cheese spread; stir until cheese is melted.
  • 6Serve over cooked rice.
