- 1 cup carrots, diagonally sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced diagonally
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pound beef round steak
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 pound processed cheese, cubed

Step 1In a large skillet, stir fry carrots, celery and garlic in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
