    carrots, diagonally sliced
  • 1 c
    celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 lb
    beef round steak
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnuts, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 lb
    processed cheese, cubed

How to Make Steak Oriental


  1. In a large skillet, stir fry carrots, celery and garlic in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
  2. Add steak.
  3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until steak is tender; drain.
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Add water chestnuts, soy sauce and processed cheese spread; stir until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
