london broil
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 c
2 tsp
dry mustard
2 Tbsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Steak On a Stick


  • 1Cut steak on diagonal in 1/4" slices, place in large ziplock bag.
  • 2Mix all other ingredients, pour into bag with meat slices.
  • 3Seal bag with no air pockets, shake.
  • 4Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or freeze until ready to use.
  • 5Skewer the meat, ribbon style with 3-4 pieces on each skewer (bamboo skewers soaked in water work well).
  • 6Broil meat or grill 4-5 minutes on each side.
