Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb
    london broil
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 1 tsp
    ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Steak On a Stick

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut steak on diagonal in 1/4" slices, place in large ziplock bag.
  2. Mix all other ingredients, pour into bag with meat slices.
  3. Seal bag with no air pockets, shake.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or freeze until ready to use.
  5. Skewer the meat, ribbon style with 3-4 pieces on each skewer (bamboo skewers soaked in water work well).
  6. Broil meat or grill 4-5 minutes on each side.
