Ingredients

  • 2lbs
    ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 large
    onions
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper
  • 1 large
    red bell pepper
  • 1 large
    yellow bell pepper
  • 1 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 2lb box
    velveeta cheese

How to Make STEAK "N"STUFF

Step-by-Step

  1. shape ground chuck into 1 inch thick patties broil until done or until your liking.
  2. saute onion, peppers , and mushrooms in butter... melt cheese...
  3. when all is done place meat pattie on plate cover with veggies and cheese mixture serve with a tossed salad and french bread yum yum good
