8 tspolive oil, divided

2 clovegarlic, minced

2beef tenderloin steaks (or your choice), approximately 4 oz. each

1/8 tspkosher salt

4 carugula, loosely packed

1/4 cred onion, thinly sliced

3 Tbspbalsamic vinaigrette

2 ozblue cheese, crumbled

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make steak house topping for your favorite pizza dough

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare your pizza dough by rolling into a 14-inch circle. Place on pizza pan/stone; pierce with fork. Combine 2 tbsp. olive oil and garlic; brush over dough. Bake at 450 for 14 minutes.

2Heat remaining 2 tsp. oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle steaks with salt. Add steaks to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan; let stand 5 minutes. Cut across grain into slices.

3Combine arugula, onion, and vinaigrette. Arrange over crust; top with steak, cheese, and pepper.
