2tender steaks, your choice for grilling
1/2cup real butter
2teaspoons dry mustard
3/4pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2cup sliced green onions
1tablespoon lemon juice
1tablespoon wocestershire sauce
1/4cup chopped parsley
How to Make STEAK DIANE
- Grill steaks seasoned with salt and coarse ground black pepper to your preference, and serve with the Steak Diane sauce poured over the top of the steak.
- PREPARE THE STEAK DIANE SAUCE: Saute the mushrooms, green onions, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt and parsley in the 1/2 cup butter in a small skillet. Saute about 10 minutes, and immediately pour over grilled steaks before serving. Enjoy!
