Don't you just love a meal in one pan? Serve this with a salad, and it just doesn't get easier or tastier. Actually, this does get easier if you buy the frozen beef stir-fry at the supermarket.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef round steak cut into 1/2 " strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 - thinly sliced small onion
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can beef broth (10 1/2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 - green pepper chopped
- 1 jar pimento (2 oz) drained and sliced
How To Make steak and pepper rice skillet

Step 1Brown beef strips in olive oil. Add onion, rice, broth, one broth can of water and soy sauce.

Step 2Stir mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed....about 25 minutes.

Step 3Stir in green peppers and pimento. Serve hot.
