steak and cheese rolls
We love Cheesesteaks, so I decided to make an appetizer version. This recipe is what I came up with.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked beef, such as round steak, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 - egg roll wrappers
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
How To Make steak and cheese rolls

Step 1Combine beef, cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, mixing well.

Step 2Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place some of the filling on the top half of the wrapper. Brush edges of wrapper with water. Fold top of wrapper over meat mixture to cover. Fold in sides, then finish rolling to seal. Continue with remaining wrappers. Fry in 2 inches of oil at 350 degrees until brown.

Step 3Combine ketchup, mustard and honey. SErve rolls with sauce.
