Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 quart cherry tomatoes
- 15 ounces black-eyed peas

Step 1Lightly brown ground beef, in a medium saucepan.

Step 6Reduce heat and simmer for thirty minutes, without stirring.

Step 7Stew is done when the tomatoes are cooked.
