How to Make St Patricks Day Sandwich
- Heat greased frying pan on high.
- Slice the italian loaf into thick slices. Butter both sides of each slice.
- Assemble sandwiches (corned beef, swiss cheese and then pickles) and place in hot frying pan. Flip when golden brown.
- Cook to a grilled cheese consistancy. Slice diagonally and enjoy. Dip in thousand island dressing if desired)
