- vegetable soup (preferably campbells) do not add water
- 4 c
- instant mashed potatoes
- 1 c
- cheddar cheese (optional)
Brown ground beef.
Prepare mashed potatoes.
Spread cooked beef in a 9X13 baking dish.
Spread cans of vegetable soup over beef.
Spread potatoes over soup.
Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes.
