Ingredients
- 2 packages croissants
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package mozzarella cheese
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder with parsley
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 2 packages spinach, frozen, thawed (10 oz box)
How To Make spinach roll ups

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Cook the ground beef and spinach drain them and mix them together. Add Garlic Powder and Red Pepper Flakes.

Step 3Take two of the rolls and make them into a kite shape put the mixture in put cheese on top and then fold them shut.

Step 4Put in the oven utill they brown then put tomatoe sauce and cheese on top put back in the oven till cheese melts.
