Spinach Roll Ups

2 pkgcroissants

2 lbground beef

1 pkgmozzarella cheese

1 can(s)tomato sauce

2 Tbspgarlic powder with parsley

2 tspred pepper flakes

2 pkgspinach, frozen, thawed (10 oz box)
How to Make Spinach Roll Ups
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook the ground beef and spinach drain them and mix them together. Add Garlic Powder and Red Pepper Flakes.
- Take two of the rolls and make them into a kite shape put the mixture in put cheese on top and then fold them shut.
- Put in the oven utill they brown then put tomatoe sauce and cheese on top put back in the oven till cheese melts.
