Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 package spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
How To Make spinach meatballs

Step 1Chop the spinach and mix all ingredients, form small balls, place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Step 2Mix broth, tomato sauce, wine and cornstarch.

Step 3Pour over meatballs.

Step 4Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 40-60 minutes.

Step 5Can be served over noodles, or great for parties served in crockpot.
