How to Make Spinach Meatballs
- Chop the spinach and mix all ingredients, form small balls, place in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Mix broth, tomato sauce, wine and cornstarch.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 40-60 minutes.
- Can be served over noodles, or great for parties served in crockpot.
