How to Make Spinach Bow Tie Pasta

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger with onion and drain. Add stewed tomatoes and simmer on low.
  2. Put frozen spinach in a microwave safe dish with 2 tbsp. water. Cover and microwave on high 7-8 minutes. Add spinach to meat mixture.
  3. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Add to meat mixture a little at a time. You may not need all of the pasta. I usually stir in about 3/4 of the pasta then stir in the cheese.
