THIS IS A RECIPE THAT I RECEIVED FROM A FRIEND YEARS AGO AND EVEN THOUGH IT DOES NOT SOUND TASTY,AND IT IS EASY AND DELICIOUS.

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound jack cheese
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make spinach and rice casserole

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY A BAKING DISH (I USE A 9X13 PAN) WITH COOKING SPRAY.
  • Step 2
    IN A SKILLET BROWN THE GROUND BEEF. DRAIN OFF FAT.
  • Step 3
    COMBINE GROUND BEEF AND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHEESE IN A LARGE BOWL. SEASON AS DESIRED.
  • Step 4
    SPREAD MIXTURE INTO YOUR PREPARED PAN. COVER THE MIXTURE ENTIRELY WITH SLICED JACK CHEESE.
  • Step 5
    BAKE AT 350 FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 - 35 MINS OR UNTIL CHHESE IS BUBBLY AND GOLDEN BROWN.
  • Step 6
    REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET SIT FOR A BIT UNTIL THE CHEESE SETS. SERVE.
