Ingredients
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup undiluted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound jack cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make spinach and rice casserole

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY A BAKING DISH (I USE A 9X13 PAN) WITH COOKING SPRAY.

Step 2IN A SKILLET BROWN THE GROUND BEEF. DRAIN OFF FAT.

Step 3COMBINE GROUND BEEF AND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHEESE IN A LARGE BOWL. SEASON AS DESIRED.

Step 4SPREAD MIXTURE INTO YOUR PREPARED PAN. COVER THE MIXTURE ENTIRELY WITH SLICED JACK CHEESE.

Step 5BAKE AT 350 FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 - 35 MINS OR UNTIL CHHESE IS BUBBLY AND GOLDEN BROWN.

Step 6REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET SIT FOR A BIT UNTIL THE CHEESE SETS. SERVE.
