Ingredients

  • 1 box
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c
    instant rice
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup undiluted
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    jack cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make SPINACH AND RICE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY A BAKING DISH (I USE A 9X13 PAN) WITH COOKING SPRAY.
  2. IN A SKILLET BROWN THE GROUND BEEF. DRAIN OFF FAT.
  3. COMBINE GROUND BEEF AND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CHEESE IN A LARGE BOWL. SEASON AS DESIRED.
  4. SPREAD MIXTURE INTO YOUR PREPARED PAN. COVER THE MIXTURE ENTIRELY WITH SLICED JACK CHEESE.
  5. BAKE AT 350 FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 - 35 MINS OR UNTIL CHHESE IS BUBBLY AND GOLDEN BROWN.
  6. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET SIT FOR A BIT UNTIL THE CHEESE SETS. SERVE.
