I came up with this recipe tonight for tomorrow's dinner. I cooked it the night before so I don't have to cook tomorrow. This is the first time I made a meat loaf and it was excellent.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 box stove top stuffing
- 2 cups hot picante sauce
- 1 medium bell pepper -- chopped
- 1 medium onion -- chopped
- 3 large eggs -- beaten
- - ketchup
How To Make spicy meat loaf

Step 1Mix everything up well with your hands except the ketchup.

Step 2Press the ingredients into a casserole pan.

Step 3Cook your meatloaf for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until an internal temperature of 170 degrees has been reached.

Step 4Remove the loaf out of the oven and drain the extra grease off.

Step 5Smear the loaf with ketchup.

Step 6Return it to the oven and let ketchup cook into it and bubble.
